Stuffed Mushrooms

16 large mushrooms
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 cup or more of Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 cup finely chopped green onion
3/4 stick of margarine
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Clean mushrooms. Remove and chop the stems.
  3. Saute chopped stems and green onions in melted margarine. Add the grated parmesan and bread crumbs and mix together.
  4. Stuff the bread crumb mixture back into the caps of the mushrooms. Place mushrooms in a small rectangular pan.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees F. for about 20 - 30 minutes.

Servings: 8 (2 mushrooms/person)
