Stuffed Mushrooms
| 16 large mushrooms |
| 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated |
| 1/2 cup or more of Italian seasoned bread crumbs |
| 1/2 cup finely chopped green onion |
| 3/4 stick of margarine |
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Clean mushrooms. Remove and chop the stems.
- Saute chopped stems and green onions in melted margarine. Add the grated parmesan and bread crumbs and mix together.
- Stuff the bread crumb mixture back into the caps of the mushrooms. Place mushrooms in a small rectangular pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees F. for about 20 - 30 minutes.
Servings: 8 (2 mushrooms/person)
