| 1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
| 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour |
| 1 teaspoon baking soda |
| 1 teaspoon salt |
| 1 teaspoon cinnamon |
| 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg |
| 3 cups oats |
| 1/2 - 3/4 cup raisins |
Makes about 4 1/2 dozen cookies
